TizbiTrax' powerful Tizbi Workflow Engine™ allows for simple business logic customization to match unique customer needs. The Tizbi Workflow Engine was designed and developed with the understanding that each customer has specific rules and workflows. We believe that the customer should not change his/her business processes or operations, but rather, we should adapt our software to match his/her existing process logic.

Many of TizbiTrax™ functionality processes are included in multiple existing workflows. These existing functionality processes are stored in the TizbiTrax Transaction Library, and include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Transactional Management
    • Inventory Receipts (+Undo)
    • Inventory Issues (+Undo)
    • Inventory Adjustments (+Undo)
    • Inventory Scrap (+Undo)
    • Inventory Move (+Undo)
    • Inventory Transfers and Transits (+Undo)
    • Inventory Rework (+Undo)
    • Inventory Storage and Put Away (+Undo)
    • Inventory Audits, Physical Counts (+Undo)
    • Inventory Rework and Fabrication (+Undo)
    • Assemblies and Disassemblies
    • Picking and Shipping (+Undo)
    • Production Run

  • TizbiTrax Document Management Module

Customers can use the system to create and manage various documents, including: sales and purchase orders, routing lists, work orders, customer-specific information entry screens, forms, etc.

  • TizbiTrax Inventory Allocation Utility

Allows for complete organizational control of inventory allocation and commitment.

  • TizbiTrax Barcode Label Generation Utility

Gives customers the ability to easily produce, manage and print barcode labels. The Barcode Label Generation Utility is often an integral step of the user's transaction workflow that saves time and streamlines operations logic.

  • TizbiTrax Linkage

Designed for a bi-directional, real-time exchange of data between TizbiTrax and other applications. This bi-directional data exchange is easily configured using XML field mappings. Linkage is the XML data bridge that is used to connect the TizbiTrax database to other openly architected external systems, such as MRP / ERP systems. After initial configuration, the data synchronization jobs can be monitored and managed by user-friendly interfaces. Linkage can also be configured as a B2B engine to support EDI, Supply Chain Management, Advanced Shipping Notification, etc.

  • TizbiTrax Inventory Inquiries

Can be viewed and processed using handheld and vehicle mount devices, which eliminate paper as well as warehouse and storage visits. Users scan the inventory label and receive real time data about the current box, pallet, bin, shelf, part, order, etc.

  • TizbiTrax Inventory Reporting

The ISS Reporting Engine houses a rich spectrum of over 100 built-in reports that provide historical data and detailed inventory views on executive and operational levels. Reports are built in the ISS Reporting Engine, which provides the unique ability to produce add-hoc reports. Report lists can be created to cover specific customer needs. Some other commercial reporting tools like Crystal Reports, Microsoft Reports, etc. can also be configured on the system.

  • TizbiTrax Configuratior Utility

Gives system administrators the ability to quickly configure the TizbiTrax instance “from scratch” in nine simple steps. Administrators can also alter the configuration parameters by editing part numbers, locations, buildings and business units.

  • TizbiTrax Transaction Console

TizbiTrax transactions can run on any PC on the network or via a remote secure connection (like VPN). This tool greatly reduces the cost of system ownership and administration.

  • TizbiTrax Secure Report Web Publishing and Distribution

Publish inventory reports and provide secure access codes for your internal users on the organization’s Intranet. If you are not comfortable with automatic report publishing, a two-step publishing process is available. With this process, the first incident of publishing is recorded on a secure folder that is only visible to the data QA staff. The user then completes a one-click step that will release it to a wider range of consumers. The same tool can be configured to include an additional step that publishes the data to external organizations (like other governmental units, business partners, vendors, etc.).

  • TizbiTrax Truck Registration Utility

The Truck Registration Utility registers inbound and outbound freight and delivery vehicles. This utility provides the framework for better inventory traceability during shipments and receipts. It also accounts for arrival and loading times and provides the basis for a more precise cost control on freight-related operations.

  • TizbiTrax Billing and Invoicing Module

Optional module that can be configured to generate monthly, semi-monthly, bi-weekly and weekly invoices. Invoicing can be based upon shipping information or other types of transactional information captured in TizbiTrax. Invoices can be produced in a variety of formats (PDF, Excel, HTML, CSV) and delivered via e-mail, FTP, secure HTTP and additional protocols. Implementation is typically simple; however, additional customization might be necessary to maximize benefits.

  • TizbiTrax Administration and Security Module

Gives system administrators the ability to manage system users, user rights, security groups and system permissions. This module is extremely powerful, user-friendly and can be extended to be used in other custom applications via open API.
